Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 8  business days

  • International Shipping: 10-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  • Contact us within 30 days so we can assist you.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
